No. There is no app to download. You can reach SnapTravel via SMS or Facebook Messenger.

Q2. Am I chatting with a human or a bot?

SnapTravel is a half-bot half-human service. In most cases - the bot will understand you and reply. If there is ambiguity, a human agent will take over.

Q3. How do I know SnapTravel will find me the best hotel?

We filter thousands of hotels from numerous sources through our advanced machine learning algorithm to present you with only the top options. We look at price, location, quality - and overall value.

Q4. Where are the bookings actually made?

We get our hotel inventory from numerous partners. We will use the partner that can get you the best price! 

Q5. How is payment processed?

We will send you a secure booking form where you can enter in your credit card information.

Q6. How can you offer such good deals? 

We put considerable effort into partnering with the best hotel room inventory sources - in addition to sourcing deals directly from hotels.

Q7. How many recommendations will I get?

3-4 recommendations as we learn about you. After a few bookings - we will begin to recommend only the best options.

Q8. Can I still collect points?

We book directly with the hotel whenever possible so that you can collect points (SPG, HHonors, Marriott…). Just let a human agent know you want to collect points before making your booking and we will do our best to accommodate.  

Q9. Can you get me a free upgrade?

Usually. We have deep relationships with most hotels. We will call the hotel in advance to try and get you a free upgrade.

Q10. Can you help me find an airbnb?

Right now - we only support hotels. However, if we believe that airbnb is your best option - we will tell you.

Q11. How do I know my booking has been confirmed by the hotel?
